Washington Wizards

Washington Wizards
Washington Wizards NBA jerseys and apparel in the UK. The Washington Wizards actually started life in Chicago, as the Packers back in 1961. They were the very first NBA expansion team. In 1963 they became the Baltimore Bullets, then the Capital Bullets in 1973 before becoming the Washington Bullets a year later. In 1997 the 'Bullets' name was dropped, as it was considered to be too violent, and so the franchise became the Wizards. The franchise is perhaps still best know as being the place where Michael Jordan came out of retirement from 2001 to 2003 to play.
