The Brooklyn Nets have a rich East-coast history. They were founded in 1976 as the New Jersey Americans in the ABA. They became the New York Nets in 1968 and stayed that way until they joined the NBA in 1976 and moved back to New Jersey in 1977 to become the Nets. The Nets moved to Brooklyn in 2012 under the watchful eye of then-part-owner and Hip Hop legend, Jay Z. The Brooklyn Nets have one of the cleanest brand designs going, which looks awesome on snapbacks, caps, crews, jerseys, t-shirts, you name it.
