Pictures have been released that reportedly show the new KD VI shoes, which looks to be heading back in the direction of the KD IV, with the low cut silhouette.
It's likely that this latest edition of the Kevin Durant line of shoes will be available in the Summer, which is earlier than previously anticipated, and they're likely to stick at a lower price point than you'd expect from a Nike LeBron or Nike Kobe shoe.
This bright yellow colourway is likely to be the first release, and it will come with some new design features. Instead of Max Air at the heel, there's going to be 180-degree Zoom air unit embedded in a Phylon midsole. The upper will also have a seamless shell, embedded with Flywire for strength.
The tongue has split construction, and shroud leaning on the lateral side to limit stress on the foot, while still overlapping the medial upper, so it does have a 'boot' like feel even though it's a low shoe. The new KD logo on the tongue says '35' in negative space, and the original KD logo features on the heel.
Overall, the shoe looks like a football boot, which personally I don't like, but it's certainly interesting. Take a look at the pictures below and let us know what you think.
