Kobe Bryant Passes Wilt for 4th All-Time in Scoring March 31, 2013 14:28

 

Kobe Bryant last night passed NBA Legend, Wilt Chamberlain, into fourth place on the NBA all-time scoring list.

Bryant entered last nights game against the Sacramento Kings needing four points to tie Wilt's tally of 31,419 career points.  Bryant made a layup in the second quarter to tie with Chamberlain's total, before then going on to drain a pull-up jumper from the free-throw line, to pass the man who is famous for scoring 100 points in an NBA game.

The game ended with a 103-98 victory for the Lakers over the Kings. Kobe finished the game with 19 points, 9 rebounds and 14 assists. 

Kobe's career points total, now stands at 31,434 points. Next on the all-time list is Michael Jordan with 32,292 points.
