Steph Curry Calls Adidas Short Sleeved Jerseys 'Ugly' March 18, 2013 13:25

Steph Curry has publicly said what a lot of us have been thinking; that the Golden State Warriors short-sleeved jerseys are seriously ugly!
Curry has really been building a name for himself this year in the NBA, he's been really putting himself out there for the Golden State Warriors, trying to make a difference and lead his team forward.
Back in February he scored 54 points in a game against the New York Knicks, 11 of which were 3-pointers. He was 1 3-pointer short of tying the NBA record for most 3's in a game, and at the end of it all, his team lost to the Knicks by 4 points.
It was around that time that the Warriors started to deck themselves out in the Adidas short-sleeved shirts, but as of late, the Warriors haven't been having a very good time on the court. They have lost 13 of their last 20 games, and with the added attention on the team due to the jersey's, Curry and his team mates are really feeling the heat.
A frustrated Curry said, "You’re on national TV, wearing our ugly jerseys….I shouldn’t have said that [about the jerseys], but it’s just one of those things where there’s a lot of attention on us and we don’t show up to play. And we just come up short. We want to give our fans a show. We want to give them something to cheer about and make it fun for them to come to the game. When they’re leaving with six or seven minutes left, that’s not a good night.”
The Warriors have a battle on their hands for the end of the season in order to stay in a play-off position. They're closely followed by The Utah Jazz in 9th place, and everything is still to play for.
