As we edge closer to the BBL Trophy Final, which is to be held in Glasgow, four teams are going to be fighting it out for a shot at the silverware.
The first of the semi-finals will get underway this weekend, as the Sheffield Sharks take on the Cheshire Phoenix in the first leg of the contest. The game will take place at Cheshire's Northgate Arena, so the Sharks are going to push hard to try and get a win on the road to take the upper hand against the Phoenix.
Cheshire recently upset the apple cart when they took a surprise win over the Newcastle Eagles at Sports Central. Cheshire should take a boost from that performance, and come out blazing against the Sharks.
The outcome of the Sharks / Phoenix matchup will be decided on the 1st of March. On the same night, the first leg of the other semi-final will get underway with the Leicester Riders making a trip to play the Worcester Wolves.
The two teams will battle it out on the Friday, before meeting up again 24 hours later at the John Sandford Centre to play the deciding semi-final leg.
The two winning teams will meet in the final on Saturday 9th March, at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow. This is the first time in the history of the trophy competition that it will be held in Scotland.
We'll be making the trip to the BBL Trophy Final to report on all the action for the day.
